Most team days ask people to sit, listen or compete politely. A rage room does the opposite: it gives people permission to be loud, physical and a little ridiculous together. The Smash Room was founded by psychologist Hiba Balfaqih, who designed it as a safe outlet for stress. Teams leave laughing, with a shared story and a lighter mood that carries back into the office.

How many people can join a corporate session?
Our packages cover 2, 3 and 4 people per room. For bigger teams, book a group session online at a group rate, or message us on WhatsApp with your headcount and we will suggest the right format.
Is a rage room safe for a team event?
Yes. Every guest gets protective equipment and a safety briefing, and our team supervises every session. Guests wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes.
Is there an age limit?
Packages are for ages 11 and above, so the experience suits teams, interns and family days with older kids.
Can you bring the experience to our office?
Yes. The Smash Mobile brings the rage room to offices, schools, universities and private events, subject to availability and location requirements.
