Hiba is a psychologist and entrepreneur who has been opening businesses since she was 16. She built The Smash Room as a deliberate application of stress-release psychology: a room where the feelings people carry around all day finally get somewhere to go.
People come for the broken TVs. They come back for how they feel when they walk out.
